Investment Fees

All fees associated with your mutual fund investment portfolio will be assessed against your trade amount for any mutual fund purchase, sell, or intra-fund transfer. A “Purchase” is when you elect to transfer an amount of money from your savings account into your investment portfolio, a “Sell” is when you elect to transfer an amount of money from your investment portfolio into your savings account, and an “Intra-fund Transfer” is when you elect to transfer an amount of money between various mutual funds within your portfolio.

The trade fee will not be assessed when your selected Managed Model Portfolio is rebalanced by the Registered Investment Advisor.

Please note: Certain mutual funds may assess an additional fee called a Redemption Fee which is assessed at the time of a sell but only if the sell is performed within a certain number of days following a purchase. This fee can be avoided by using the mutual fund investment portfolio for long-term growth instead of a transaction account.
